How to use Splicecom Navigate Pro?
Introduction:
St Anne’s have a new phone system. This phone system uses a piece of software called Navigate Pro which links with the phone system. The software is installed on teacher machines around the school and can be found in the start menu of Windows computers on the network (see image below).

First Usage:

Upon first launch you may be presented with the following message, please click on OK to proceed.

The application should now open, and you will see the following icon whilst it is loading (If the application doesn't open, please go to the start menu again and click on Navigate Pro again. If it is still not opening, click on the ^ at the bottom right of the screen to open the "system tray" and double click on the navigate pro icon there).

When the symbol disappears, the application should open and say "NOT LOGGED IN - CONFIGURING". When the application is open click on the Settings cogs and then click on "User Configuration".
- Then click on "Soft Phone" on the left-hand side. Please enter your login information under the label "Hotdesk Number" (This number is unique to each classroom, Jo has sent a document containing these numbers to all teachers). Finally press "Restart".
- Once you have set your hotdesk number, please let us know by emailing helpdesk@xaviercet.org.uk as we will need to approve your PC on the system.
- Once we have done this, we will let you know, and you will need to reboot your PC before using your new softphone.
