How to use Navigate Pro?
The Marist has the option of using a piece of software called Navigate Pro which links with the phone system, this provides additional functionality and control of the phones used on site. The software is installed on some of the machines in the school and can be found in the start menu of Windows computers on the network (see image below).
Initial Steps:
If you would like to use this software then please try to open the application shortcut from the Start menu. Upon first launch you will be presented with the following message;

When you see this message, please email helpdesk@xaviercet.org.uk with the PC name (on a white label on the monitor) and we will copy the missing files to your account. We will email you back when the missing file is copied and ask you to open the application again.
Configuration:
The application will now open and you will see the following icon whilst it is loading;

When the symbol disappears, the application should open and say "NOT LOGGED IN - CONFIGURING", (if the application doesn't open, please go to the start menu again and click on Navigate Pro again).
When the application is open click on the 2 Settings cogs and then click on "User Configuration"

Then click on "Partner" on the left-hand side, and under the "Hot Desk" section and the "Number" field enter the extension of your phone and finally press "Restart".

Navigate Pro should be ready for use and allow you to see incoming calls etc.
