How to add the Xavier CET Office Photocopier to a Windows 10 laptop?

Click on the Start button in the bottom left corner of your screen
Click on the Settings cog, usually above the power button
Click on Devices
Click on Printers & scanners
Click on the "Add a printer or scanner"button
Wait a few moments
Click on the "The printer that I want isn't listed" button
In the Add Printer pop-out window, choose the option labelled "Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname" and click on Next
In the hostname field, enter 172.17.14.95 then click on Next
Wait a few moments for the computer to detect the TCP/IP port
The next option is to name the printer, we recommend naming the printer "Xavier Office Toshiba" and then click Next
On the printer sharing page, please press Next to skip sharing
Finally, press Finish to complete the setup
