How to use Hold or Private Printing on the Photocopier from a Xavier Windows Device
The photocopier in the Xavier Office Area has features called hold or private printing. These features will hold your print job until you log in to the copier. Hold printing holds the job at the copier until it is released by a series of button presses.
Please note: Other users can see the job sitting on the job status page.
Private printing prompts you for a password and keeps the job locked from printing until you log in to the machine and enter the password you designated. This is a great way to keep confidential documents as private as possible!
